Taco Johns contacted Robbins Construction to do an addition and remodel. The addition included added to the south side of the building to allow for two new drive up windows. The remodel involved a facelift both outside and inside. Some of the work was done after hours when the store was closed to limit interference with customer.
Hungerford Chiropractic had reached its limits and called Robbins Construction for a remodel. The addition to the south side of the original structure more than doubled the square footage of the building by adding a downstairs and additional space, allowing for Dr. Hungerford's business to expand and continue to grow.
The Brookings Radio Station, owned by Three Eagles Communications, required a total remodel and addition on the southeaster side of the building. The addition housed new office spaces and meeting areas. Robbins Construction was able to complete this project on time while still allowing the radio station to remain completely functional.
Jimmy Johns, located near I-29 enlisted the help of Robbins Construction to remodel the exterior area and finish the inside to accommodate the new business. Robbins Construction ensured that the new structure met corporate specifications, such as paint lines at certain heights, tile flooring patterns, and exterior lighting and canopy.
